Section One: Introduction:

Deem is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the users’ information of Deem clients in compliant with SDAIA PDPL. This Privacy Notice Outlines Deem practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data provided by users of Deem services, including Deem Cloud Services.

البند الأول :مقدمة:

تلتزم ديم بحماية خصوصية وأمن معلومات المستخدمين لعملاء ديم بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه ممارسات ديم فيما يتعلق بجمع واستخدام وحماية البيانات الشخصية التي يقدمها مستخدمو خدمات ديم، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر خدمات ديم السحابية.

Section Two: Collected Data and Collecting Purpose

Deem collects personal information necessary to provide Deem Cloud Services effectively. This may include, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, and other contact details.

البند الثاني: البيانات التي سيتم جمعها والغرض من جمعها:

تجمع ديم فقط المعلومات الشخصية اللازمة لتقديم خدمات ديم السحابية بشكل فعال. قد يشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الأسماء وعناوين البريد الإلكتروني وتفاصيل الاتصال الأخرى.

Section Three: Data Collection Methods:

The data are provided by the Subject of the personal data on the website through registration. No personal data are collected from any other entities.

البند الثالث: طرق جمع البيانات:

يتم جمع البيانات التي يقوم صاحب البيانات الشخصية بتزويد الموقع بها عبر التسجيل، ولا يتم جمع بيانات شخصية من أي جهات أخرى.

Section Four: Use of Personal Data:

We use personal data collected directly or indirectly as follows:
The personal data collected is strictly used for the purpose of providing Deem Cloud Services registration process and improve the beneficiary experience. Deem does not use this information for marketing, sales, or any unrelated business activities.

البند الرابع: استخدام البيانات الشخصية:

نستخدم البيانات الشخصية التي تم جمعها بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر على النحو التالي:
يتم استخدام البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها لغرض عملية التسجيل في خدمات ديم السحابية وتحسين تجربة المستفيد. لا تستخدم ديم هذه المعلومات للتسويق أو المبيعات أو أي أنشطة تجارية ليست ذات صلة.

Section Five: Storing and Destroying Personal Data:

Personal data are stored in Saudi Arabia on the National Information Center servers. The Deem administration is keen to ensure that these servers are protected with the best technologies in accordance with the policies and controls of the National Cybersecurity Authority and international standards in order to ensure the prevention of unauthorized access and reduction of cyber risks. We will then destroy the data in in a safe manner by through which the data cannot be viewed or recovered again in compliant with legal and contractual requirements.

البند الخامس: تخزين البيانات الشخصية وإتلافها:

يتم تخزين البيانات الشخصية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في خوادم مركز المعلومات الوطني، وتحرص سحابة ديم على أن تكون هذه الخوادم محمية بأفضل التقنيات بما يتوافق مع سياسات وضوابط الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني والمعايير الدولية وذلك لضمان عدم الدخول غير المصرح والحد من المخاطر السيبرانية، إتلاف البيانات يتم بطريقة آمنة لا يمكن من خلالها الاطلاع عليها أو استعادتها مرة أخرى وذلك بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات النظامية والتعاقدية.

Section Six: Legal Basis for Collecting and Processing Personal Data:

• The consent of the personal data Subject. The Subject can withdraw the consent at any time, unless there is another legal basis, by contacting [Support and Monitoring Department], described in Section Nine.
• In implementation of a contractual obligation [Service Level agreement for Deem Cloud Services]

البند السادس: الأساس النظامي لجمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية:

• موافقة صاحب البيانات الشخصية، ويمكنه التراجع عن الموافقة في أي وقت ما لم يكن هناك أساس نظامي آخر، وللقيام بذلك يمكن التواصل مع (إدارة الدعم والمراقبة) الموضح في البند التاسع.
• تنفيذ لالتزام تعاقدي [اتفاقية مستوى خدمات ديم السحابية].

Section Seven: Rights of the Personal Data Subject:

• Right to know: The Subject of personal data has the right to know how we collect their data, the legal basis for collecting and processing data, how data are processed, stored and destroyed, and with whom the data will be shared. You can browse all the details through the privacy policy (this policy) or you can contact us using the means of communication described in Section Nine.
• Right to request access to personal data: The Subject of personal data has the right to request a copy of their personal data by means of the email described in section 9.
• Right to access personal data: The subject of personal data has the right to access their personal data at disposal of the Controller.
• Right to have personal data corrected: The Subject of personal data has the right to request the correction of their personal data that they consider inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete by the email described in Section Nine. The request will be reviewed and updated. The personal data Subject will be notified.
• Right to destroy personal data: The Subject of personal data has the right to request the destruction of their personal data in certain circumstances (unless there is a legal provision specifying a specific period of retention or contractual requirements)
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data: The Subject of personal data can withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data (at any time) unless legitimate purposes entail otherwise.

البند السابع: حقوق صاحب البيانات الشخصية:

• الحق في العلم: يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية معرفة طرق جمعنا لبياناته والأساس النظامي لجمعها ومعالجتها، وكيفية معالجتها وحفظها وإتلافها ومع من ستتم مشاركتها ويمكنك الاطلاع على كافة التفاصيل من خلال سياسة الخصوصية -هذه السياسة- أو يمكن التواصل معنا عبر البيانات الموضحة في البند التاسع.
• الحق في الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية: يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية أن يُمكن من الوصول إلى بياناته الشخصية، عن طريق الاطلاع عليها بشكل مباشر.
• الحق في الحصول إلى البيانات الشخصية: يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية أن يطلب نسخة من بياناته الشخصية، وذلك عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني الموضح في البند تاسعاً.
• الحق في تصحيح البيانات الشخصية: يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية أن يطلب تصحيح بياناته الشخصية التي يرى أنها غير دقيقة أو غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة، وذلك عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني الموضح في البند التاسع، وستتم مراجعتها وتحديثها، وسيتم إشعار صاحب البيانات الشخصية بذلك.
• الحق في تصحيح البيانات الشخصية: يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية أن يطلب إتلاف بياناته الشخصية في ظروف معينة (ما لم يكن هناك نص نظامي يحدد مدة معينة للاحتفاظ أو متطلبات تعاقدية)
• الرجوع عن الموافقة على معالجة البيانات الشخصية: يمكن لصاحب البيانات الشخصية الرجوع عن الموافقة على معالجة بياناته الشخصية – في أي وقت – ما لم يكن هناك أغراض مشروعة تتطلب عكس ذلك.

Section Eight: Share/Exchange of Personal Data:

There is no sharing or exchange of personal data collected through the Deem Cloud Services with third parties.

البند الثامن: مشاركة/تبادل البيانات الشخصية:

لا توجد مشاركة أو تبادل للبيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها من خلال خدمات ديم السحابية مع جهات أخرى.

Section Nine: Exercising the Rights of the Subject of Personal Data:

The Subject of personal data has the right to request access/correction/destruction of their data by contacting the following email: (support@deem.sa)

البند التاسع: ممارسة حقوق صاحب البيانات الشخصية:

يحق لصاحب البيانات الشخصية طلب الوصول/التصحيح/إتلاف بياناته عن طريق التواصل عبر البريد التالي: (support@deem.sa)

Section Eleven: Complaints and Inquiries:

In the event of some complaints or inquiries related to the privacy policy or the handling of personal data, Deem administration can be contacted via the following email (support@deem.sa). If no response is received within seven business days, the complaint or inquiry should be submitted to the Authority’s Data Management Office (dmo@sdaia.gov.sa) If the problem or response is not resolved within seven business days, it should be submitted to the National Data Management Office (NDMO) by email: (pr@ndmo.gov.sa).

البند الحادي عشر: الشكاوى والاستفسارات:

في حال وجود بعض الشكاوى أو الاستفسارات المتعلقة بسياسة الخصوصية أو التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية يتم التواصل مع إدارة ديم عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي (support@deem.sa). وفي حال لم يتم الرد خلال مدة سبعة أيام عمل، يتم تقديم الشكوى أو الاستفسار إلى (dmo@sdaia.gov.sa)، وفي حال لم يتم حل المشكلة أو الرد خلال مدة سبعة أيام عمل، يتم الرفع إلى مكتب إدارة البيانات الوطنية عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني: (pr@ndmo.gov.sa).

Section Twelve: Privacy Policy Updates:

• The Deem Cloud administration reserves the right to add or change any of the provisions of the privacy policy. The Deem Cloud Services administration will notify the data Subject of this. The Deem Cloud Services administration has the right to terminate the data Subject’s account if they do not accept any change in the privacy policy.
• Arabic is the language used to apply the terms and conditions. If there is a dispute in the interpretation of any text in another language, the Arabic text shall prevail.

البند الثاني عشر: تحديثات سياسة الخصوصية:

• تحتفظ سحابة ديم بحــق إضافــة أو تغييــر أي من أحكام سياسة الخصوصية، وسوف تقــوم الإدارة بإشــعار صاحب البيانات بذلك، ويحــق لإدارة الموقع إنهــاء حساب صاحب البيانات فــي حــال عــدم قبــوله أي تغييــر فــي سياسة الخصوصية.
• إن اللغة العربية هي اللغة المعتمدة في تطبيق الأحكام والشروط، وفي حال نشأ خلاف في تفسير أي نص ورد بأي لغة أخرى فيؤخذ بالنص المكتوب باللغة العربية.
